About Dr. Khan
Rizwan Ahmad Khan is a highly qualified and experienced surgeon based in Lahore, Pakistan. He holds an MBBS degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College, Punjab University, Lahore, and a Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He has also obtained a Diploma in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery from France.
Currently, Dr. Khan serves as a Consultant General Surgeon and Associate Professor at Shalamar Hospital and Shalamar Medical and Dental College in Lahore. His primary focus is on laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures, with particular expertise in colorectal and breast surgery. Alongside his clinical practice, he is actively involved in teaching undergraduate students and postgraduate doctors. With extensive work experience in Ireland and the United Kingdom, Dr. Khan has managed surgical teams, conducted outpatient clinics, performed emergency and elective operations, and contributed to research publications. He is recognized for his contributions to advancements in surgical techniques and patient care.
