She was diagnosed and clip placement done in her lump and her chemotherapy started. She was down staged and breast conservation surgery with axillary dissection done by Dr.Sadaf Ishaque at Shalamar Hospital .

“I am satisfied with the treatment received at Shalamar Hospital as the doctors’ team and nursing staff at the hospital have cared for me.”
Last year, I was admitted to Hashmat Effendi Burn & Plastic Surgery Department of Shalamar Hospital, as I witnessed severe burns. The treatment provided at Shalamar Hospital was the best.
The staff of Shalamar Hospital is friendly and cooperative. Every doctor is very competent. Dr. Asif Zubair Bhatti is undoubtedly the best.
They treated me with such care and affection, which gave me a feeling as if I’m their mother or grandmother. I thank Shalamar Hospital for providing an excellent treatment.
She was completely fine until a few months ago when she suddenly started to get breathless with constant stomach ache. We tried to treat it with the medicines the local doctor gave us but her condition started to worsen. Her diagnosis of a rare ailment of spleen enlargement, combined with monetary burden, resulted in doctors refusing to treat her or referring us to other hospitals. Then one day Allah Himself sent help to us. A woman who visited our neighborhood at a funeral told me to visit Shalamar Hospital. The doctor here not only scheduled a surgery for her immediately, but the hospital also subsidized the entire cost of surgery as we could not afford it. My daughter is now completely healthy and will start going to school again in a few weeks. I can never thank Allah and the entire team at Shalamar Hospital enough for removing our worries and treating our daughter.
I was born without a leg and an arm. As hard as it was, I had accepted that as a way of my life; the bullying, the difficulty in movement, my parents’ worries. I had accepted that I would never be able to move and live the way most others did. My difficulties were further aggravated when I grew older and felt like I was becoming a burden on my already distressed parents. I started to experience very frequent periods of depression and helplessness. Then one day Allah sent help in the form of a neighbor, who told my parents that I could get a chance at living a normal life by getting an arm and leg prosthesis. I was still hopeless as I knew that we would never be able to be afford it. My life was changed by an angel in the form of Hashmat Effendi and the team at Shalmar Hospital who financed my entire treatment and arm/leg prosthesis. I can now walk and live a normal life like the others. I can now be happy!
